My progress has been slow, but I have lost 3.4 lbs in four weeks. I have had days with too much beer. MyFitnessPal is helpful, but I have the occasional day that I blow my calorie budget.
I’ve updated the weight page. I need to write more often. Tim and and did a bike camping trip last weekend. I may get around to writing about that soon.

I just wanted to say I been counting calories since May 2nd Im down 31 lbs, and now I got my sneakers today and I took a walk 🙂
