Today is the third day in a row that I rode to work. It’s getting harder every day. I’m still trying to make it until the end of the week.
I haven’t started my truck since Sunday. I haven’t paid for parking or used any gas this week. That’s quite nice.
In addition, my weight was below 200 again this morning. I had dropped below 200 a while back, but I gained it back. I guess I need to watch my eating and push myself harder on the bike to continue the weight loss. Nobody ever said this would be easy.
I’m just pushing more food in my mouth.
Then ride harder. 🙂

On my ride home today, I convinced myself that I wasn’t going to ride tomorrow. I had a lousy ride.
I feel better now, and will ride, but I imagine it’ll be hard to get going in the morning.
Sorry you had a lousy ride. Did you run into obnoxious drivers? Some days my walking is effortless and enjoyable, and some days I am practically dragging myself. I’m down just about 19 lbs, so I’m very happy about that. I feel a lot better.
I had to deal with two obnoxious drivers and one clueless one. I was also very tired, and traveled very slowly. I am riding today, but I’m switching back to the recumbent to see if I do any better.
I’d really rather crawl back into bed, but I have to go to work.
