I rode about 15 miles last week. It should have been ten times that. I’ve been eating too much, and drinking Coke occasionally. This has made it very difficult to get below 200 lbs.
It’s now 8:15 a.m. on Monday morning, and I’ve ridden more miles in the last two hours than all of last week. I rode my recumbent the full way to work.
I haven’t been completely lazy. I’ve been doing yardwork. I went and bought a used weight bench, and did a brief workout with it. I’ve been cooking more. I’m starting to get a handle on the out-of-control housework again. I went grocery shopping yesterday… but I drove.
Maybe this week can get me out of my rut.
