My average weight for the week is 210.3 lbs. I’ve gained again. The last several weeks have seen more gain than any time since I have started this project. It’s painfully obvious in the chart on the right.
Three changes may get me back on track:
- Kristy has left the state for work for a while.
- My daughter goes back home this weekend.
- My car has died and I will have to ride to work every day until I get another car.
This was not my normal weekly weight post. I didn’t want to just spit out the numbers without talking about how to fix it. I have a plan, now I just need to stick to it.
Too bad happiness and overall satisfaction with life can’t easily be quantified. I have a feeling that a graph of that variable in your life would be showing a recent increase too — and that’s not a bad thing. 🙂
You’re right, it would.
I’ve have a few stressful things going on now, but they are temporary, and I’m more capable of handling them than I used to be.
I’m not sure how much of this blog you have followed, but what started as a weight loss project has turned into me redefining myself.
I’ve been keeping up since I saw you on TV. I think it’s great to re-evaluate one’s life and one’s goals, especially as time passes and priorities can sometimes change. A life without goals seems pointless.
