Weekly Average Weight for November 29, 2008

My average weight for the week ending 11/29/2008:
230.3 lbs

Up from last week:
0.9 lbs

Down since I started on 10/31/2007:
66.1 lbs

My average loss per 30 days since 10/31/2007:
5.02 lbs

Weight until goal:
55.3 lbs

Another week with a slight gain.  Several factors have caused this.

  • Thanksgiving
  • Less riding due to colder weather
  • Laziness

I had been pretty bad about drinking beer also, but have switched over to a nice cup of hot tea in the evening.  That should help.

    Sometimes. I drink coffee during the day. I don’t have high blood pressure, so I’m not giving up caffeine. I sometimes avoid caffeine in the evening so that I sleep better.

  2. I have sleep apnea, and found that starting CPAP therapy helped me lose some weight. I sleep at night, now, instead of passing out periodically. If you snore or quit breathing at night, and haven’t tested for apnea, it may be worth a talk with your doctor.
