It seems I’ve been gaining a little weight over the last few weeks. I expected to gain weight with the holidays, but they are not here yet.
I have been overeating too often. I went out to eat last night. I came home completely stuffed. This morning I have a “food hangover”. I’ve got to quit doing that.
I’m not riding today, but I do intend to ride tomorrow. I’ve also re-arranged my push-ups schedule for this week. Day 1 will be today, after work.
