Today is day 3 of my one-hundred push-ups plan. I had planned on doing this on Friday, but other things took up my time.
Push Ups:

Set 2: 5
Set 3: 4
Set 4: 4
Set 5: max (did 12)
Arm curls – 20 lb dumbbells:
2 sets of 11
Sit-ups:
None – not bothering with sit-ups today.
