Push-Ups: Week 1, Day 1

I mentioned that I was starting the one-hundred push-ups plan.  Well, today is the day.

At my level here is what I did today:
Set 1: 2
Set 2: 3
Set 3: 2
Set 4: 2
Set 5: max (did 9)

I also did curls (two sets of 10 per arm), and squats (two sets of 10).

I rode my bike to work and back for a total of 33.4 miles.

That’s enough for today.  Now I need sleep.
