Since I’ve started this weight loss project, I usually weigh myself in the afternoon or evening. I’ve been told that morning is better, but I was horrible at getting up on time.
These days, I get up on time most of the time, so as of a few days ago, I started weighing in the morning. It’ll be interesting to see if this eliminates some of the daily fluctuation in my weight.
Also, this morning’s weigh-in was 228.4 lbs, a new low for me.
