I’m not sure how or when, but my achilles tendon is quite sore. From what I’ve read, I should avoid riding the bike until it is better. I’m hoping it means less than a week. I’ll also looking into adjusting my cleats for my clipless pedals.
In the mean time, I’ve been meaning to spend some time doing pilates, so now I’ll have the time.

I only rode two days this week. The soreness didn’t start until last night. I’m not sure how I did it.
So, yeah, I paid for parking three days this week.
I’ve got the weekend to work on other exercise, and I’ve got some carpet I want to rip up. I’ll stay busy.
