Gotta Watch the Calories

My calorie intake for the last month is all over the board.  I knew that I had good days and bad days, but the chart looks like chaos.

The average was 1988 calories per day. That’s not too bad, but I’m shooting for lower than that.

  1. What’s the general caloric goal? 2000? It’s awfully easy to spike with the quantities of caloric fluff on the marketplace, much less booze.

    My goal is more around 1800. It used to be 1500, but I’ve increased it due to the bike riding. I’m still trying to adjust the goal. Creating the graph was an attempt at seeing where I needed to be. As you can see, it’s not very helpful.

    I stay under 1800 on most days, then I have a day where I *really* make up for it. Those 3000+ calorie days are bad.
