Up from last week:
2.6 lbs
Down since I started on 10/31/2007:
34.2 lbs
Wow, these numbers depress me a bit. I’ve been riding plenty, but now I need to control my eating.
I still haven’t started running yet either.
It really sucks that the basic formula is use more than you put in.. and it’s even more of a slap in the face that muscle out weighs fat.
