Mark,

I won't laugh. Next time you have an hour, and the weather is decent, just go for a leisurely ride. You'll feel better.

Long time no read!

I thought about you during the ice storm last month, but didn't check in.

Keep up the good work! You might think you have fallen behind, but you are so far ahead of some of us. It is an encouragement everytime I come here.

I have not been on my bike yet this year! Please don't laugh...

The concert was great. The guys who make up this band are all incredible musicians. There were times that it was easy to think that it actually was Pink Floyd, but in a smaller venue. :)

The lighting, effects, and sound were all top-notch. Every musician got his chance for a solo on his instrument. The saxophone portions were really good.

I do feel better. I didn't ride at all today though. I spent the time to fix the flat tire on Nermal last night, and still didn't ride today. I've been slowly gaining weight all week. I need to get busy again.

I hope you are feeling better, and I hope you had a good time at the concert. I love Pink Floyd. You'll have to tell us how it was!

Well, my plans have changed again. It looks like I have after-work plans. I'll ride a partial-commute though. I'd better get busy fixing Nermal.

You'll be good Dave. It sounds like you're wrestling with the end-of-winter funk and it just feeds on itself. Get out tomorrow and Friday when it's warm, even in the rain, and think of me, at tennis practice or helping with homework. I miss riding and the physicality of it, but I also can't seem to make myself ride from 5.15-6.15 because my work days are now 10.5hrs, non-stop, every day of the week. I'm just tired.

You gotta get those miles in for that 40-miler in a few weeks. Have fun doing it.
